Main-Stream Media in Shock Over Michael Phelps Hitting a Bong!
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Olympic great Michael Phelps has acknowledged ”regrettable” behavior and ”bad judgment” after a photo in a British newspaper showed him smoking marijuana.
In a statement released to The Associated Press, the swimmer who won a record eight gold medals at the Beijing Games conceded the authenticity of the exclusive picture published Sunday by the tabloid News of the World.
Phelps said: ”I engaged in behavior which was regrettable and demonstrated bad judgment. I’m 23 years old and despite the successes I’ve had in the pool, I acted in a youthful and inappropriate way, not in a manner people have come to expect from me. For this, I am sorry. I promise my fans and the public it will not happen again.”

THE FREETARIAN - As Mainstream media has conniption fits over Michael Phelps smoking weed, I cannot help but wonder how many of these morons will go home tonight and down a few shots, sip a couple of girly drinks or pound back a cold one. The reality is there is a huge problem in America when you can walk into a gas station or a grocery store and buy a 40oz bottle of Vodka, drink the entire bottle in 10 minutes and die of alcohol poisoning tonight; yet not break one single law. Now god forbid you roll a marijuana cigarette, and you become a criminal. Be honest, what do you think you are going to do? Smoke yourself to death? YOU CANNOT OVERDOSE ON MARIJUANA PERIOD!!!
George Bush stood by and watched his daughters commit underage drinking while continuing to support the war on drugs. Mr Bush is lucky his daughters did not overdose on alcohol that night they were caught drinking. People overdose on alcohol everyday in America. Yet we ignore the fact if marijuana was legal and Mr Bushes daughter decided to underage smoke weed instead of underage drink alcohol, the fear of overdosing would have been nonexistent. Their youthful indulgence would have been much safer. Which brings us to the all important question. Why would any American, including Mr Bush, want to have their curious children indulge in a dangerous mind altering activity like pounding back legal alcohol yet continue to ban a natural mind altering(mind relaxing) plant which has zero chance of killing. Every time a teenager who goes on a party binge using alcohol, there is a real chance of overdosing and death. In contrast, a teenager who goes on a pot binge, the chance of overdosing or death is zero.
While conniption fits are the order of the day with main stream media over Michael Phelps smoking pot, lets try our best to break the heavy chains of indoctrination with pure fact, logic and commonsense. We have all been taught marijuana is BAD BAD BAD through are government run schools, government licensed media and our government indoctrinated parents. Understanding that you have been indoctrinated is the first step to true freedom and liberty. Now study the real facts on drugs both illegal and legal. Do not ignore the facts which will challenge your worldly view. Cherry picking the facts will not help in your quest to understand true freedom and liberty. An honest evaluation of all the facts and logic will most likely bring you to a conclusion that will begin to break the heavy chains of indoctrination. Then you will wish the next time Mr Bushes daughters decide to experiment with mind altering substances, weed will be their chosen one and Michael Phelps will say "yup, I did inhale and enjoyed every second of it!"

WOW! Hold on to your guns America! Rahm Emanuel seems to think government gave you the privilege to own guns and government can take that privilege away for whatever reason they see fit. NEWS FLASH Mr Emanuel! Government never gave us rights. Our creator gave us our rights. Your government created a constitution which enshrines those rights. There is a big difference between creating rights for the people and enshrining (protecting) those rights for the people. Of course Mr Emanuel is a tyrant like his boss Mr Obama. No less oppressive than the former president, Mr Bush who was also a tyrant.

These police officers in Texas along with this judge violated the constitutional requirements to get a search warrant. This is a huge deal. The judge issued the warrant and the police executed the search warrant without the REQUIRED probable cause. This same action happens far too often across this country. Barry is shedding light on this fact. Anyone who believes it is OK for judges and police to violate the constitution and jeopardize peoples lives and careers need to be arrested and charged with treason and dereliction of duty. The Texas police officers who were involved and the issuing judge abused their power and violated the constitution they swore to uphold. Mr or Ms Anonymous, maybe it is time you wake up!
